Microwave green flash

Recently at end of a heating cycle the microwave will give very brief flash of green light. It's coming from the right hand side as you look into it where the a panel is located. I believe the transformer is located in that area. It still heats up food but we're afraid to use it as its happening more and more. Any ideas?

If so, is it worth fixing or should I just get a new one?

Its a model GE JVM1640BJ
