PolyLock Riser Threads Broken

After many years of use the plastic threads for the stainless screws have split and broken. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix without replacing the entire riser. When the risers where installed years ago we used quickcrete poured around them so it is likely going to be a pain to remove them.

If anybody have a business in the Harris/Muscogee county areas in Georgia and wants to make some money by replacing them please contact me.
