Reset code on Napco alarm panel

I just bought a house with Gemini, GEM-pa1632 ( NAPCO SYSTEM) system and the bank did not have any info or records of the system, I called the alarm COMPANY protection one and they refused to help me unless if i signed a 42 months contract.... any help please on how to reset the code so i can use the system as i cannot afford buying a contract!!!
