I replaced the scald valve and it lasted about a year and when turning it to on and off it started getting stiff and hard to turn. It came to the point where it would not turn the water off completely. I took it off and the two O-rings one was crimpts. I put it back on and again the handle was stiff, then the handle broke. Is this just a bad part I bought or what? :wall:
