I have an IPhone 5S which I am still getting used to. One of its quirks is a tendency to send some incoming phone calls directly to voicemail.
There seems to be no common link between the calls it does this to. The phone is not used often so it's not like there is an ongoing phone call which causes this to happen. There is no ringtone heard, it simply goes directly to voicemail. At other times, the ringtone can be clearly heard and the call is then taken.
This is obviously frustrating because listening for an expected phone call while doing something else is not a viable option as it has caused several missed appointments.
So my question is: Has anyone else run into this this problem and, if so, what is the solution?
