Advice for DIY dummy: Repairing chips in thin interior wall

So Jr managed to make quit a few minor chips in an internal painted wall. No major damage but looks awful. What's the best way to repair these small holes? Also, what the best way to source a matching colour of paint (no idea what colour/brand it was originally painted with).
