ceiling fan light gone haywire

I am new here,first post.I've searched everywhere for this scenario,with no luck.I have a Harbor Breeze cieling fan with 3 lights.The fan works,light does not.The sockets show 120v,screw a bulb into any of the 3 sockets and voltage drops to 0v on all 3.It calls for A15C bulbs,and that's what I have.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
