New Panel?

I have an Ademco vista 10 on my home security system. Guessing its 13-14 years old from when the house was originally built. The buttons are starting to not work (pressing them a few times really hard for them to work). So wondering if its easy to just replace the panel rather than try to fix/clean the buttons??



Can I just unscrew the 4 wires and find a compatible panel? if so, where do I start?
