Wall Heater Installation in Bathroom

I want to install an electric wall heater in my bathroom. It is 240V, 1300 watts, 5.42 amps.



What sort of wire would I need? Can I use 14/2 or 14/3?



Do I need a GFCI breaker since it is located in a bathroom?
