Drain basin pump venting

I had a utility sink in my utility room downstairs in my tri level house. I took it out while remodeling. It was vented into the utility room, not outside. I know it is suppose to be vented outside.

If there is a check valve on the drain line, there is no way sewer gas can get back into the basin. There are no vents nearby. Unless the water standing in the basin would create gas, that is the only place it would come from.

I'm trying to figure out a way to hook it back up. I can't run a vent from the utility room to the roof.

Any ideas?
