Any good economical portable AC/heating unit?

Hey guys, I am looking for a good economical portable AC/heating unit for a 20'x20' room in my basement. Far as heating goes, I have some heat in there coming from the overhead heating duct which I tapped into so just need supplemental heat for the extremely cold winter days. Any referrals please?
