I was hoping for some help. My thermostat in my condo recently stopped working. The model number is T6575C1001

I have contacted honeywell regarding the proper replacement model. They suggested the TB6575A1000
(http://ift.tt/1JOiICj).
They informed me that this is a line voltage thermostat and I'm not too sure what that means. Ideally, I would like to replace the thermostat with a programmable one and ideally a wifi one as well. I'm not too sure which thermostats will work in my condo. Here is a link to what the cables behind the thermostat look like:
